Custom orders take 2-3 business days to ship. Shipping days are M, W, F. Overnight and International shipping is available for an additional cost. Please email your requests for quotes for Overnight or International to kagriffin@optonline.net

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Return requests must be made to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.

1. Customized work is exchangeable, not returnable, we “CAN” issue a BBWB shop credit on this item. The Shipping fee is not refundable.
2. 10% restocking fee will apply to all custom orders.
3. If an exchange only, the current return shipping fee will apply.
